Bali Honeymoon 2011 (The Elysian and Kuta Beach)
We went on our honeymoon in June 2011, and because I sometimes just like looking at photos, I'm not gonna say too much in this post.
Just lots and lots of photos.
The hotel: The Elysian, Kuta Beach, Bali
(Honeymoon package inclusive of some meals - link here)
(NOT sponsored, by the way - just liked it a lot so am recommending)
The Food:
Breakfast delivered to the villa daily - choices abundant from a menu. Ventured out occasionally to the poolside-restaurant for meals, and daily afternoon tea by the pool was included in the package too.
The poolside restaurant - Afternoon tea and meals are served here also
The pool - In the day and in the evening
Ku De Ta:
I'd read a lot about it and also wondered what it was like, so for the benefit of those of you who're also wondering what it's like, here it is.
Kuta Beach:
We had a great holiday here, and if it weren't just that slightly expensive (actually, a lot expensive), we'd definitely like to go back again. If you're interested in trying it out, make sure you come prepared with a good book and some DVDs as once you're in the resort and in your villa, it's very hard trying to persuade yourself to go out!
